and expensive to maintain. Unless you employ professional greenkeeping staff
, you are very unlikely to succeed. A SofTrak golf green however, requires

do this for you under a maintenance program. As with a real grass green,
you should also keep the SofTrak green free of debris / leaves by brushing
off and rolling with a light garden roller occasionally. With minimum maintenance,

What maintenance is required for an all weather
golf green? |

Around 2 hours maintenance a year keeps your
green in perfect condition. We will train you how to do this as part of
our initial installation. Alternatively, we are happy to do this maintenance
work for you under a maintenance agreement. In addition, you may also need
to pick up or brush off any leaves / debris. A leaf blower may be useful
on larger greens. Occasionally your green can be rolled with a light garden
roller to keep the surface smooth. Rolling makes the green faster, soft
brushing slower. You decide! |

How does an all weather golf green compare to
the real thing? |
|

A SofTrak green isn't natural grass, but it's
the next best thing.The way a ball rolls on it, you simply have to see to
believe. The ball will roll true and at an even pace, whether the green
is at fast or slow stemp speed. Unlike most artificial surfaces, a SofTrak
green will actually hold a shot, just like a natural grass green. When chipping
onto the green, the ball will hold up and with backspin you can even make
a ball stop or back up. Due to its low maintenance and realistic performance,
the SofTrak system is often preferred to natural grass greens at some commercial
